Hi! This is Richard Buccola from New YorkCity and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I am going to show you how to make some tunasalad. Just letting everyone know I am using
another celery stalk. I am going to put thewhole celery stalk in there. I think that's
enough. Normally I use and that will be itfor it. Now onion, hint of onion. Remember
you don't want to overkill it with anything. This is a half onion that I had and you know
what I could just tell you right now thatthis is going to be too big to use. So I am
just going to slice off the top, slice offthe end and take off this and I am just going
to chop up the onion really really fine. Reallysmall pieces to just give it a hint of that
onion and I am actually going to cut thisone in half and this probably all I am going
to need. Get off that skin there. So I amjust going to chop this up. Just big pieces
like again, you don't have to worry, somebig pieces and if you want, just turn it this
way. Again, I am going to chop this down sofine and the way to do that again is put the
knife point like so and just chop and sittinghere a couple of minutes and getting it done.
You see big pieces. You might have to liftthe knife up and get those big pieces done.
That is how I chop my onion really fast andI get it in there. When I come back, I'll
show you how fine this will be in just a minuteand we will keep making our tuna salad here
on Expert Village.
